Contact · No-obligation conversation
Write to us or call
A short conversation is usually enough to establish whether a Security Assessment, a penetration test or an OSINT engagement suits you best. We sell nothing on that call — we work out whether there is a job here.
What happens now
Three steps before anyone tests anything
No test begins until the scope is agreed and written down. This is how we get there.
-
01
We acknowledge and ask
In writing
We confirm that the enquiry has arrived and ask the questions we still need answered to understand the job. If you have sent something that should not sit in an ordinary email, we say so immediately.
-
02
A short clarification
20–30 minutes, by phone or in person
We talk about purpose, sites, critical assets, what must absolutely not be touched, and who in the organisation is allowed to know. That conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

03
Quote and Rules of Engagement
In writing, before anything starts
You get a written quote with price, time and deliverables — and a draft set of Rules of Engagement setting out scope, techniques, sensitive areas, escalation paths and safety limits. Work begins only once that has been approved.
Next step
Rather call?
Then let's do it now.
If it is easier to explain than to write, call. We can usually tell you within a few minutes whether it is a job for us — and what it will cost.
